Saturday, May 16
The decision about moving the ceremony inside due to inclement weather will be announced no later than 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 15 via email to students.
CEREMONY SCHEDULE:
9:15 a.m. ALL Graduates Robe/Line up in John L. Hill Chapel basement (#18)
10:00 a.m. Commencement on Giddings Lawn for all graduates - UNLIMITED SEATING for guests.
*If ceremonies are moved inside they will be held in the Davis Reid Alumni Gymnasium; line up will be in the George H. W. Bush Center for Fitness (# 39 - Rec Center). Each graduate will receive at least 3 tickets, which will be handed out at commencement rehearsal on Friday, May 15.
For those who cannot attend in person, there will be a live stream of the Baccalaureate & Commencement Service.
