Mental Health 5K
Event starts: Thu, 10/24/2019 - 5:30pm
We will have one of our Counselors speak about Mental Health and breaking the Stigma. They will let students know about their services available here on campus. SHAC members will hold signs with Mental health statistics and information throughout the course of the 5K. They will also learn that exercise is an important part of mental health. They will be shown other ways to relieve stress during this activity.
