Christian Leadership

The Christian Leadership (CHL) minor prepares students for service and leadership across a wide range of life contexts, including nonprofit organizations, community organizing, church ministry, business, healthcare, and beyond—the possibilities are endless.

The interdisciplinary Christian Leadership minor pairs well with any other program at Georgetown. Whatever your major, you will be equipped to integrate the core values of Christian faith into your life contexts. Christian Leadership establishes a foundation in the Christian tradition, cultivates vocation and imagination, and offers opportunities to complete courses in multiple other disciplines across campus.

Experiential Learning Opportunities

With the Christian Leadership minor, you’ll have the opportunity to complete an internship that helps you explore your sense of vocation. Christian Leadership students who excel academically may be invited to join GC’s chapter of Theta Alpha Kappa, the National Honor Society for Religious Studies and Theology. Other opportunities include participating in a theology reading group and the Christian Scholars Program.
