Georgetown has 17 Residence Halls that serve as a home away from home. Students socialize, clubs gather, and events take place there. Living on campus helps students grow, connect, and experience life together.

FIRST YEAR RESIDENCE HALLS
Allen Hall and Collier Hall
These halls are all located on the main campus around the quad. The easy access to academic buildings, dining, and social events makes this the ideal space for first-year students. These dorms feature a main lobby, study areas, a community kitchen, free laundry, high-speed internet, air conditioning, and community bathrooms.
- Room Size: 11’2” x 16’6” with a window 5’6” x 4’6”.
Anderson Hall
Anderson Hall is the first-year male residence hall. Conveniently located on the north side of campus, across the street from the James A. and Martha R. Brown Fitness Center and the Cralle Student Center. These dorms feature a main lobby, vending machines, study areas, free laundry, high-speed internet, air conditioning, and community bathrooms.

UPPERCLASSMEN RESIDENCE HALLS
All our upperclassmen traditional halls are on South Campus and serve as lively centers of campus activity. These halls include:

These residence halls feature a main lobby, community kitchen, study areas, free laundry, high-speed internet, air conditioning, and community bathrooms. Several of these halls house our Fraternity & Sorority Life organizations. While members of these organizations get housing priority, upperclassmen who are not members can also live there if space is available. This setup helps foster a close-knit, vibrant community for everyone involved.

APARTMENT STYLE LIVING
HAMBRICK AND RUCKER VILLAGES
Townhouse-style apartments within walkable distance on-campus. The community has 14 units and a common-area building with lounge space, laundry facilities, and stoves. Two apartments in each village are ADA-accessible.
Each apartment unit houses six residents and has three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchenette.
Eligibility: All upperclassmen students are eligible to live in Hambrick or Rucker Village. Priority will be given to upperclassmen groups of six students, and groups are ranked by cumulative GPA and the group’s overall conduct.
EAST CAMPUS
Georgetown College has thirty-two four-bedroom apartments on the east end of campus near the athletic complex. Each apartment has four bedrooms (three single and one double), two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and on-site laundry facilities.
Eligibility:
Seniors (earned 86 credit hours)
If space remains, students who have earned at least 24 credit hours (not including credits gained through Advanced Placement, Dual Enrollment, or International Baccalaureate Credit) AND have a 2.5 cumulative GPA may apply to reside on East. Preference will be given based on class standing and GPA. If space is still available, any individual over the age of 21 may be eligible.

MCCANDLESS HONORS APARTMENTS
Upperclassmen Honors students live together in a living-learning apartment community.
The hall has four apartment units, each with three to four bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and a common kitchenette. Free laundry facilities are available in the hall’s basement.

CAMPUS DINING
The Caf
Our cafeteria, the Montgomery Café (The Caf), serves delicious meals in a bright, energetic space where students can gather, eat, and socialize. Located in the Cralle Student Center, our dining hall features a wide variety of food designed to satisfy everyone.
Mulberry Café
Along with The Caf, GC also features the Mulberry Café, which provides snacks and proudly serves Starbucks. The Mulberry is in the Ensor Learning Resource Library on the main level, with comfortable indoor and outdoor lounging areas, perfect for rest, socializing, or study.
