They are where students socialize, clubs gather, and events take place. Living on campus helps students grow, connect, and experience life together.
CAMPUS MAPS
FIRST YEAR RESIDENCE HALLS
Pierce Hall, Allen Hall, Collier Hall, and Flowers Hall
These halls are all located on the main campus around the quad. The easy access to academic buildings, dining, and social events makes this the ideal space for first-year students (Pierce (pictured), Allen, and Collier). These dorms feature a main lobby, study areas, a community kitchen, free laundry, high-speed internet, air conditioning, and community bathrooms.

Anderson Hall
Anderson Hall is the first-year male residence hall. Conveniently located on the north side of campus, across the street from the James A. and Martha R. Brown Fitness Center and the Cralle Student Center. These dorms feature a main lobby, vending machines, study areas, free laundry, high-speed internet, air conditioning, and community bathrooms.

GREEK RESIDENCE HALLS
Sorority and fraternity houses are located on South Campus, serving as lively centers of Greek life. While members of these organizations are given priority for housing, if there’s space available, upperclassmen who are not members can also live there. This setup helps foster a close-knit, vibrant community for everyone involved. These dorms feature a main lobby, community kitchen, study areas, free laundry, high-speed internet, air conditioning, and community bathrooms.

TOWNHOMES
Hambrick Village
Townhouse-style apartments on Military Street.
There are 14 townhouses, along with a common-area building that includes lounge space, laundry facilities, and stoves. Two of the townhouses in each village are handicap accessible.
Each townhouse houses 6 residents and has 3 beds, 3 baths, a living room, and a kitchenette
Eligibility:
All students are eligible to live in Rucker Village. Priority will be given to upperclassmen and to groups of six students. If spaces remain after this method is used, first-year students may live in Hambrick and Rucker Village.
APARTMENTS
East Campus Apartments
Georgetown College has thirty-two, four-bedroom apartments on the east end of campus. Each apartment has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and on-site laundry facilities.
Eligibility:
Seniors (earned 86 credit hours)
If space remains, students who have earned at least 24 credit hours (not including credits gained through Advanced Placement, Dual Enrollment or International Baccalaureate Credit) AND have a 2.5 cumulative GPA may apply to reside on East. Preference will be given based on class standing and GPA. If space is still available, any individual over the age of 21 may be eligible.

Dudley Apartments: first-year Honors students in a living-learning community together.
The building is divided into four units, each with 3 bedrooms that accommodate 5 students, one bathroom, and a common space. A faculty member resides in one of the units, and students reside in the other 3 units.

CAMPUS DINING
The Caf
Our cafeteria, the Montgomery Café (The Caf), serves delicious meals in a bright, energetic space where students can gather, eat, and socialize. Located in the Cralle Student Center, our dining hall features a wide variety of food designed to satisfy everyone.
Mulberry Café
Along with The Caf, GC also features the Mulberry Café, which provides snacks and proudly serves Starbucks. The Mulberry is in the Ensor Learning Resource Library on the main level, with comfortable indoor and outdoor lounging areas, perfect for rest, socializing, or study.
