Health Scholars

Valuable professional experience propels Health Scholars to success in careers and graduate school.

Through the Health Scholars Program, students develop relationships with each other, professors, and health professionals. Important professional experiences and skill development prepare students to succeed in any postgraduate health program. Our graduates are well prepared and highly successful in fields such as medicine, small-and large-animal veterinary medicine, pharmacy, physical therapy, and healthcare administration.

“Without the Georgetown College biology department, I wouldn’t have had the courage or the knowledge to get into Optometry school. I couldn’t have been more prepared for my entrance exam, and my incredible professors are to thank for that!”
