Theatre and Film

As a theater and film major at GC, you’ll have wonderful opportunities to develop your skills. You can enjoy working in our dedicated black box theater or even create your own original student film. Through our Maskrafters Academy, accepted students get the chance to use film equipment for personal projects, take part in every stage show, attend exciting workshops at the Humana Festival each spring, and intern in a related field. Plus, all Academy students will receive $500 during their senior year to help fund a play or a movie for their senior project. Our focus on encouraging new work for stage and screen means you’ll have plenty of opportunities to explore your ideas and gain the skills to become a content creator.
