Potential Careers

“The technical skills I gained through the accounting program at Georgetown, as well as the personalized attention and support I received, equipped me to complete internships in public accounting and industry, attend graduate school and obtain a Master’s of Science in Accountancy, and pass all four parts of the CPA exam on the first attempt.  Six years later, as I plan and execute financial statement audits at EY, I still leverage my foundational knowledge from Georgetown.”

 - Anita Smith, 07

"The accounting program was remarkable and helped paved my future to becoming a CPA. The teachers are amazing and truly care about their students. They continued to help me in my selection and admittance into a graduate program to fulfill my career goals. I will always be appreciative of the challenges and life lessons learned through the program!"

- Sean Fightmaster, 2014
