CrossFit – The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. The same routines are used for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. Loads and intensity are scaled; the program don’t change. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind.
YOGA – a physical, mental, and spiritual discipline, originating in ancient India. The goal of yoga, or of the person practicing yoga, is the attainment of a state of
perfect spiritual insight and tranquility while utilizing meditation. The goals of yoga are varied and range from improving health, flexibility/mobility, and relaxation.
Body Sculpt – Kick, punch and jab your way to fitness with Georgetown’s own, Julie Sams. This cardiovascular training class is a great way to tone up! Resistance equipment will be used.
