DESCRIPTION:Samuel Steyn ’27 presents on research done over the summer. Description: Small numerical errors in supercomputer simulations can cause big problems for highly sensitive gravitational wave detectors. This presentation breaks down a computational project that tests massive black hole binary (MBHB) simulations across three major catalogs (SXS\, RIT\, and MAYA). By calculating a comprehensive health score across multiple resolutions\, we can evaluate which theoretical models (if any) make the cut for next-generation gravitational wave science
