Meeting RoomThe Leadership and Conference Center at Georgetown College is a full service facility, where experienced and accommodating staff will customize your banquet, wedding reception, conference or meeting needs. The spacious entrance sets the tone for hospitality. Complete with a reception area, and plenty of room for registration activities, the lobby will act as a gracious and efficient entry.

All facility usage includes meeting room, setup, wireless internet, telephone hookup and white boards. Please refer to our menu selections for your catering needs. Your Event Manager can answer any questions you may have and provide a detailed proposal for your event.

Eight comfortably furnished meeting/breakout rooms, available in two sizes, can be arranged in a variety of seating configurations.

The Large Conference Room boasts two new plasma screen TVs and will accommodate up to 40 guests comfortably. The Banquet Room features movable walls which allow many seating configurations up to 400 guests. The rooms versatility meets the needs of wedding receptions, large conventions, as well as banquets.


A Patio Area is available for lunch breaks, athletic events viewing, or intimate dining.

President’s Box

The President’s Box overlooks the stadium and is perfect for athletics events viewing, or as a meeting space.
