Spotlight Career Fair 2017 information!
Georgetown College is part of a consortium of private colleges and universities in Kentucky that host a career fair every February. This is an excellent opportunity to meet and talk with several employers seeking to fill full-time and internship positions as well as graduate schools promoting their various programs. This is a must for graduating seniors to kick start their job search; juniors and sophomores seeking internships or exploring graduate school.
The 2017 Spotlight Career Fair will be Tuesday, February 21st, 2017 from 1:30 – 5:30pm in the Lexington Center in downtown Lexington, KY.
Students must register to attend.

Free Professional digital head shots to be used for your LinkedIn profiles will be offered from 2:00 – 5:00pm during the fair!

Sophomore Summit is a one day event designed to give you a competitive professional edge. It is a requirement for College-to-Career commitment.
The event will be in Lexington held on Friday, January 13th, 2017 8:00am – 5:00pm. Transportation to and from Lexington is included. – Current First year students, WATCH FOR SOPHOMORE SUMMIT 2018!
Sophomore Summit will take place in the fun and creative setting of the Plantory. Programs will include career readiness workshops, networking opportunities with Alumni, fun activities and tours of the FoodChain and West Sixth Brewery. This event is intended for sophomore (2nd year) students. While registration is open to all Sophomore students, preference will be given to those who have completed the first year College-to-Career Commitment requirements and are on track to meet the Career Exploration level making you eligible to receive a $500 career grant.
