Cardio ClassWalk Group

September 9 – December 18 (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays)
12:10pm–12:50pm
Fitness Center- Meet in Lobby

Join the Wellness Program 3 times a week at lunch for a group walk. This is a great way to get exercise with your friends!

Kickboxing

September 10 – December 17 (Tuesdays & Thursdays)
5:30pm–6:30pm
Fitness Center- Court 1

Kick, punch and jab your way to fitness. This cardiovascular training class is a great way to tone up! Resistance equipment will be used.

Relax your body by using a combination of postures, slow breathing, muscle relaxation and meditation techniques. This class will also help you increase flexibility, balance, muscular strength and endurance.

Nia

September 14 – December 14 (Mondays)
5:30pm–6:30pm
Cooke Memorial- Second Floor

Nia is a non-impact aerobic movement practice that teaches you to move in safe, gentle, and organic ways with emphasis on body awareness. Nia blends martial arts, dance arts, and healing arts to create purposeful movements that will help you get and stay fit. Nia is for all ages and fitness levels.

Tone your entire body with Cardio Crazy! This class will improve your cardiovascular fitness as well as tone all muscle groups. Resistance equipment will be used.

Butts and Guts

Fitness Center- Court 1

The name of the class pretty much tells you what we will be working on! Join us as we get these difficult areas into shape.
