Zumba

 Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:30 pm

Court 1

Zumba is a dynamic, exciting fitness routine featuring aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms and easy to follow dance steps that tone and sculpt the body.

Boot Camp

Mondays & Wednesdays 3:30 pm

 Court 1

Build endurance and make you sweat.  This class will keep your heart rate going for 60 minutes straight, working on your aerobic endurance and burning calories to the max. 

Salsa

Wednesdays 6:00pm

Court 1

Come learn the basics of Latin dance, featuring Salsa and Meringue.  We’ll cover the basic steps, turns and styles, dancing with partners, and by the end of the semester you’ll be ready to have fun at any Latin dance party!”
