Class Descriptions

YOGA - a physical, mental, and spiritual discipline, originating in ancient India. The goal of yoga, or of the person practicing yoga, is the attainment of a state of
perfect spiritual insight and tranquility while utilizing meditation.  The goals of yoga are varied and range from improving health, flexibility/mobility, and relaxation.

 

Body Sculpt – Kick, punch and jab your way to fitness with Georgetown’s own, Julie Sams.  This cardiovascular training class is a great way to tone up!  Resistance equipment will be used.
