The Quad

The Quad is the center of South Campus living and the home to several campus traditions, like the Watermelon Bust and Grubfest.

Alpha Gamma Delta House

Students belonging to this sorority have first preference to live here. Any remaining spaces may be made available to upper-class students. The AGD House is a three-story apartment style building and holds 24 residents. The basement has a common area and laundry facility. The 2nd and 3rd floors have 2 apartments on each floor. Each apartment holds 6 residents and has 3 bedrooms, a kitchenette, living area and bathroom.

Kappa Alpha House

Students belonging to the fraternity are given first preference to live here. Any remaining spaces may be made available to upper-class students. The KA house is a three-story building and holds 40 residents. The first floor has lobby space, a kitchen and a Resident Director apartment. The 2nd and 3rd floors have community bathrooms, laundry facilities and ten 2-person bedrooms.
