The AGD House is a three-story apartment style building and holds 24 residents. The basement has a common area and laundry facility. The 2nd and 3rd floors have 2 apartments on each floor. Each apartment holds 6 residents and has 3 bedrooms, a kitchenette, living area and bathroom.
