Rucker Village

These are townhouse style units on South Campus. These two-story townhouses are reserved for students who are at least sophomore standing. Priority is given to groups with the highest GPA. There are 14 townhouses. Each holds 6 residents and has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchenette and living area. There is also a common area with a full kitchen, lounge space and laundry facility.

East Campus Apartments

These are apartment style housing near the football stadium. These apartments are reserved for seniors. If space permits, juniors with high GPAs may be allowed to live on East Campus as well. There are 32 apartments. Each apartment holds 4 residents and is fully furnished with a full size bed. There are 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, living room and 4 bedrooms per apartment. Laundry facilities are on site as well.

Knight Hall

This is Georgetown’s first-year women’s residence hall. Almost all first-year women will be housed here. It is a four-story building.  The 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor rooms are reserved for new incoming students. There are 2 and 3 person rooms available. There are a few single rooms, however those are given to upper-class students. Likewise, often upper-class women can live in the basement rooms. Each floor has community bathrooms. A kitchen and lounge are located on the first floor. Laundry and a large lounge area is located in the basement. Knight Hall is not air-conditioned.

Alpha Gamma Delta House

Students belonging to this sorority have first preference to live here. Any remaining spaces may be made available to upper-class students. The AGD House is a three-story apartment style building and holds 24 residents. The basement has a common area and laundry facility. The 2nd and 3rd floors have 2 apartments on each floor. Each apartment holds 6 residents and has 3 bedrooms, a kitchenette, living area and bathroom.
