These are townhouse style units on South Campus. These two-story townhouses are reserved for students who are at least sophomore standing. Priority is given to groups with the highest GPA. There are 14 townhouses. Each holds 6 residents and has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchenette and living area. There is also a common area with a full kitchen, lounge space and laundry facility.

These are apartment style housing near the football stadium. These apartments are reserved for seniors. If space permits, juniors with high GPAs may be allowed to live on East Campus as well. Laundry facilities are on site as well.

This is Georgetown’s first-year men’s residence hall. Almost all first-year men will be housed here. It is a three-story building. The first floor houses Georgetown’s Graduate Education Department and Athletic Offices. There is also a Resident Director apartment, laundry room and student lounge on the first floor. The 2^nd and 3^rd floors are reserved for new students. There are 2 and 3 person rooms available. Community bathrooms are on each floor.
