Share: The Earth Day Event

Last year’s Earth Day event was a great success and we are excited for this year’s line up. The free concert will feature Cheyenne Marie Mize and Justin Paul Lewis as well as opening acts by Georgetown College’s own Brittany Glancy and Shakir Mackey. In addition to the artists, booths by campus and community organizations and businesses that deal with sustainability, fair trade and/or social justice issues will be set up for guests to browse. It is a wonderful time to celebrate community and efforts towards bettering our area and world. GSI welcomes all, whether from the Georgetown College campus, central KY area or beyond, to this free event.
