Gretchen started her time at Georgetown College in 1995 after finishing her Masterâ€™s degree and worked as the Director of Residence Life and Programming for four years. Â After a three-year absence to complete her doctorate, she served as the Interim Dean of Students for one year. In 2003, she transitioned into the role as Dean for Academic Success. In this role, Gretchen primarily works with advising, academic grievances, faculty-student relationships, accommodations in the classroom, parent inquiries, and helps first year students and families with their transition to college. Gretchen also supervises the International Programs Office.
Gretchen loves to travel, draw, write and illustrate children’s books and spend time with her family including her husband Â James Koeppe who also works at Georgetown College as an Associate Dean in Student Life and theirÂ two children,Â Maya and Sean. You will likely see them around Georgetown College because they love to eat in the cafÃ© and come to see where mommy and daddy work.

Jesse started her professional career at Georgetown in 2011 as Area Coordinator for Leadership Development. In that role she worked in Residence Life while coordinating campus leadership programs. In 2013, Jesse transitioned into the role of Director of Academic Success. In this role, she primarily works with the Freshman Seminar classes and peer educators, the ACE Program, and Woven.
Jesse is a proud 2009 Georgetown College alum. She enjoys photography, cooking, live music, being with family and is attempting to add running to her list of hobbies. She is married to a fellow 2009 GC alum, Ryan Farley.
