Laura completed her B.A. in Psychology and her Master’s of Social Work, both at the University of Maine. She is currently enrolled in classes at the University of Kentucky as well. Laura joined the Georgetown staff in 2008 as an Area Coordinator. In 2010 she transitioned to the role of Director of Residence Life. Laura oversees the Residence Life program and staff.

Ashley Hatcher Babladelis is originally from Greensboro, North Carolina but grew up in Naperville, IL outside of Chicago. Ashley is an alumna of Georgetown College and grateful for the opportunity to return and join a team of professionals committed to supporting students. She completed her B.A. in Psychology and was very involved with Residence Life as a student. She completed her M.S. in Counseling with a focus in College Counseling and Student Development at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro. In June of 2008 Ashley married her best friend Nick Babladelis. Ashley joined the Student Life Staff in July of 2010. She enjoys working with students at Georgetown in her dual roles with Residence Life and Campus Ministry. Ashley serves as the Resident Director of Knight Hall and supervises student staff in several other residence halls on campus.
