President’s Ambassadors

Requirements for Consideration

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Rising junior
  • Outstanding leadership and public relations abilities

Duties of the Ambassadors

  • Speaking before groups visiting campus (such as trustees, associates, alumni, and other friends of the college)
  • Serve as a host/hostess at official college events on campus (dinners, receptions)
  • Represent the college at various off-campus activities (such as alumni association meetings, recruitment programs, and meetings)
  • Participate in a one-day training program for the Ambassadors and an etiquette and protocol session
  • Occasionally give tours and have lunch with prospective students visiting the college and offer overnight housing for them
  • Trip with the President
