Chapel Ministry Team Opportunities

Chapel Ministry Team Leader

Students interested in this role must interview during the first week of interviews. This servant-leader will be chosen first so that they he/she can assist with the remainder of the selection process.

• Meet monthly with the Chapel Staff (typically Elizabeth Catron and Bryan Langlands) to plan Chapel Ministry and prepare for our bi-weekly Team meetings
• Meet approximately every other Thursday at 11 am with our Team to plan and create Chapel services that engage our students, staff and faculty.
• Help with carrying out each of the Chapel Services (i.e., being willing to do one or more of the following in Services throughout the year: pray, read Scripture, sing/ play an instrument, help with a dramatic skit, etc.).
• Responsible for coordinating publicity (Facebook, fliers, sidewalk chalk, etc.) for Chapel events
• The approximate time commitment for being on the Chapel Ministry Team is 1-2 hours per week, and the Chapel Team Leader should plan to spend an additional hour each week for this role.
• 2.5 minimum GPA
