Who may make a request?

Only Students, Faculty & Staff of Georgetown College may request the use of a classroom. Any Non-College individual requests should be referred to the Office of Facilities Management at (502) 863- 7956.

Instructions for Reserving a Room

  1. Priority –  Scheduled classes and committee meetings have room priority. All other requests are taken on a first-come basis.
  2. Information Needed – Select the appropriate room(s), and then indicate the time, date, and month you are planning to use the room. After submitting the request below, our office will contact you to confirm the request.
  3. Requestor’s Responsibility – After utilizing the room(s), please reconfigure the room back to its original cleanliness and setup (this includes furniture and equipment).


Accessing EventManager

To get started with Event Manager, point your web browser at https://eventmanager.georgetowncollege.edu.  Login with your GC username and password.

What Can I Schedule?

With proper approval, virtually any reservable space or piece of technology equipment can be reserved.  All you have to do is pick the building that you want to meet in, and EventManager automatically displays all the applicable meeting places and their current statuses.  Individual items of technology equipment can also be reserved in a similar fashion.
