Who may make a request?
Only Students, Faculty & Staff of Georgetown College may request the use of a classroom. Any Non-College individual requests should be referred to the Office of Facilities Management at (502) 863- 7956.
What locations do you NOT reserve?
Hill Chapel, Gheens Room, Hall of Fame Room, Learning Resource Center, Lab Theater, Conference Center, Dormitories, Gym, Cafeteria, and the Computer Labs are managed by other offices on-campus. Call (502) 863-7927 for more information.
Instructions for Reserving a Room
- Priority -Â Scheduled classes and committee meetings have room priority. All other requests are taken on a first-come basis.
- Information Needed – Select the appropriate room(s), and then indicate the time, date, and month you are planning to use the room. After submitting the request below, our office will contact you to confirm the request.
- Requestor’s Responsibility – After utilizing the room(s), please reconfigure the room back to its original cleanliness and setup (this includes furniture and equipment).
