IMG_20120906_195143What Made Her Choose Georgetown: “My First Tee chapter in Atlanta was the first one that President Crouch created. He came to speak at a church, and my mom loved his sermon. Afterwards, he told my chapter advisor that he had a scholarship for me, so I came down to visit and fell in love.”

Favorite Professor: “I could really name all of the business professors as my favorites because they are all so caring. They take the extra time to care about you as a student. Dr. Borrallo-Solis was my favorite Spanish teacher. She is awesome.”

Plans for Life after Georgetown: To go into project management. “My original goal was to be a CFO, but I’m leaning more towards CEO now that I’m on the management path. I’d like to dip my foot into a lot of different pools.”

Favorite Georgetown Memory: When the men’s basketball team won the 2013 NAIA Championship. “Everyone got together to watch the games. We showed a lot of Georgetown pride.”

What Sets Georgetown Apart: “It’s a close-knit environment. It’s amazing to have that comfort zone here with people who you can talk to about anything, not just academics.”

Most Important Lesson Learned at Georgetown: How to keep her faith during college. “A lot of people go to college and lose their faith or go against their religious beliefs. At Georgetown, I felt like I gained more friends to help me out with my faith and learned more about what I believe.”
