
Takasago – An auspicious Noh play to celebrate the New Year will be presented at the John L. Hill Chapel at Georgetown College on January 18th at 7 pm.
Admission Free and open to the public.

Georgetown College is excited to announce an upcoming Noh performance.
Performing will be ten professional Noh actors from Kyoto, Japan including Atsuyoshi Asano who will be visiting international artist in residence at Georgetown College for the upcoming academic year.
They will perform Tamura, a warrior play about a victorious samurai in 8th century Japan.
Also to be performed is Izutsu, a play based on the poetic class, Tales of Ise in which the ghost of a woman from Heian, Japan dances in memory of her departed husband.
