Season Opens at Home Aug. 25

Georgetown College football finished last season as one of the top eight teams in the NAIA. Expectations for the Tigers are no different than ever going into this fall, as evidenced by GC’s No. 10 ranking in the preseason by College Football America Yearbook.
The Tigers went 9-2 a year ago and upset Baker (Kansas) in the first round of the post-season.
Georgetown’s 10-game 2018 season opens at home on Aug. 25 against Warner University. Kickoff is set for 1:30 p.m. at Toyota Stadium.
The Tigers play at Reinhardt on Sept. 8. Reinhardt is the top-rated team in the MSC and is picked third in the preseason CFA poll.
Then comes St. Andrews University at home on Sept. 15. Georgetown travels to Fort Lauderdale, Fla. on Sept. 22 to play Keiser University followed by Bethel University on Sept. 29 (Homecoming) at Toyota Stadium. The Tigers travel to Cumberland University on Oct. 6 and then host Lindsey-Wilson on Oct. 13. They play Kentucky Christian University at Grayson, Ky. on Oct. 20 and take on Campbellsville at Toyota Stadium on Oct. 27. The regular season wraps up Nov. 3 at Cincinnati Christian University.
