I am the News Director at Georgetown College with responsibility for news releases, the alumni e-newsletter, the alumni magazine (Insights) and connecting with the media. Before coming to GC in August 2001, I was on the staff of Kentucky.com briefly – after 21 years as an editor at the Lexington Herald-Leader and nearly five years with another Knight-Ridder newspaper, the Tallahassee Democrat.

I have a BA in English from Berea College and an MA in Journalism from Ohio State University.
