Keeneland’s spring meet is always a great time for alumni and their families. This year’s tailgate is Saturday, April 5, starting at 11:30 a.m. Appetizers will be provided. RSVP by April 2.
The Keeneland tailgate is in the “Louisville Lot” which is easily accessible from Entrance 2 (the original Keeneland entrance) off of Versailles Road, U.S. 60. Once you enter the parking area, take an immediate left. Look for orange/black displays.
Baseball Alumni Day
GC Tiger Baseball is holding an Alumni Day on Saturday, April 19, as the team celebrates another great season. They are hosting the Campbellsville University Tigers during a big Mid-South Conference weekend. Free hotdogs, hamburgers, and drinks will be provided. President’s Club Dinner
Invitations will soon be mailed to members of the President’s Club for the annual dinner scheduled on Friday, April 25, at 6:30 p.m. in Cralle Student Center’s Jones-Hall-Nelson suite (formerly the Hall of Fame) on campus. RSVP by April 21.
Rolex 3-Day Event Tailgating
Tailgating at the Rolex 3-Day Event at Kentucky Horse Park is set for Saturday, April 26, starting at 10:30 a.m. You’ll enjoy the excitement of Cross-Country racing from GC’s reserved tailgating spot (Position #3) along the course, thanks to the generosity of Lee Carter ’95, executive director of Equestrian Events!
We are not allowed to have GC marked tents – just remember it is spot #3.
Tickets are required for entry to the tailgating area. The Alumni Office will be giving away 8 tickets prior to the event. RSVP by April 22 to be eligible.
Class of 1964 Reunion
Members of the graduating class of 1964 are invited back to campus for their golden reunion on commencement weekend, Friday and Saturday, May 9-10. Enjoy dinner on Friday at 6 p.m. at the Conference Center and breakfast on Saturday at 8 a.m. in the Cralle Student Center’s Jones-Hall-Nelson Suite. RSVP by April 28.
