Students robbed at gunpoint, campus locked down briefly

GEORGETOWN, KY – Two students reported to Georgetown police on Thursday (Jan. 30) evening that they were robbed by a single gunman.

The incident occurred in the parking lot of the College’s Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity house, located near the corner of Clayton Avenue and Hollyhock Lane.

Georgetown College team set for battle of ideas in 2nd Alltech Innovation Competition

GEORGETOWN, KY – A student marketing team from Georgetown College will compete against teams from 10 universities in the Commonwealth in the second Alltech Innovation Competition scheduled for April 26.
