Bible Presentations to Graduating Seniors
Every year since 1997, at baccalaureate rehearsal, the Marshall Center for Christian Ministry gives a hardcover copy of Good News for Modern man to each of its graduating seniors for use during the baccalaureate service.
The Good News translation, the most widely printed and distributed of modern English language versions, was translated by Georgetown College 1949 graduate Dr. Robert Bratcher. The inside cover of these Bibles contains the shield of the College and a notice from the Marshall center congratulating the seniors upon their graduation. partial funding is provided by the Wanda Higbee Endowment.
