College publications should be:

  • written in clear and simple language, targeted to a specific audience
  • be well-organized
  • be succinct
  • contain accurate information
  • use correct spelling, punctuation and grammar

Materials should be designed to look clean, smart and professional through the use of ample white space and the careful use of graphics and color.

To ensure consistency in publications, all pieces should be checked by the Office of Communications & Marketing before being sent to print.
