If the piece were purchased or gifted specifically for the Underground Railroad Institute, add the following to the cataloging record:500            A resource for Underground Railroad and African-American studies at Georgetown College.
710 2_       Georgetown College (Georgetown, Ky.) $b Underground Railroad Institute.
730 0_       Underground Railroad resource. $g  Last name, initials (or first 3-4 letters of the title).

Acquisitions will identify these materials on the Selection Form.

If the material is part of our collection and the Collection Development Librarian simply wants to identify it as a resource for African-American studies, add:

500            A resource for Underground Railroad and African-American studies at Georgetown College.
