One of the nice features we have with Microsoft Office365 is the capability to create shared calendars for collaborative purposes.  With shared calendars you can share scheduling information with your colleagues, including meetings, vacations, and other key dates/times.

Shared calendars work just like your personal calendar in Outlook and can be displayed alongside it for comparison. Do you only use webmail?  No problem; shared calendars work on both Outlook and webmail.

If you think you would like a shared calendar, let me know.  Setup is quick and easy – I will just need to know:

  1. What you would like to call your calendar
  2. Who should be able to access the calendar
  3. What permissions your calendar users should have (full access, read-only, etc.)
