eShip Global

The Georgetown College Office of International Student Services has partnered with eShip Global to offer discounted express mail (FedEx, UPS, DHL) solutions for international students. While your initial I-20 is sent free of charge, you may utilize the service below to send/receive other documents to/from Georgetown College.

To create an account:

  1. Visit the  eShip Global website
  2. Complete the registration form
  3. Verify your email address

To receive documents from Georgetown College:

  1. Log in to your eShip Global account
  2. Select “Receive Documents from Universities”
  3. From the drop down “Select a State” menu, choose “Kentucky KY”
  4. Select “Georgetown College”
  5. Select “International Admissions”
  6. Carefully enter the destination address information (this is the address that will print on the shipping label)
  7. Select the service and price you prefer
  8. Pay via the eShip Global website (credit card or PayPal)
  9. The final email you receive from eShipGlobal will be confirmation of your order.  This email will provide you with detailed information about your shipment (i.e. payment amount, tracking number, mailing address, etc.).  The Office of International Programs will receive a copy of this email at the same time as you, so there is no need to forward us the information.
  10. The Office of International Programs will then ship your document(s)

To send documents to Georgetown College:

  1. Log in to your eShip Global account
  2. Select “Send Documents to Universities”
  3. From the drop down “Select a State” menu, choose “Kentucky KY”
  4. Select “Georgetown College”
  5. Select “International Admissions”
  6. Check your (the sender’s) address information
  7. Select the service and price you prefer
  8. Pay via the eShip Global website (credit card or PayPal)
  9. Print airway receipt and label, prepare the package, and take it the carrier (FedEx, UPS or DHL – whichever service you selected) office nearest to your location to send.
