Through the collaboration of International Student Support Services, Education Abroad, Global Scholars, and Spanish Immersion programs, our office provides a variety of services and programs that serve students on campus and beyond:

• International Admissions: guides students throughout the international application process. Contact us today to find out more about Georgetown College and start your free application!
• International Student Support Services: provides support and direction to international students studying at Georgetown. Services include: one-on-one immigration advising, orientation, academic counseling, and English language support.
• Education Abroad: helps Georgetown students plan and realize study abroad experiences to a variety of locations all over the world. Services include: financial and pre-departure counseling, the transfer of academic credits, and support for students participating in our Regent’s Park Oxford program.
• Global Scholars: provides students with opportunities to increase their global awareness and gain experiences that will help them meet the challenges of living and working in a global community. Activities include: cultural activities, tours of international businesses located near Georgetown College, recognized speakers, and current events discussions.
• Spanish Immersion: Inmersión en Español offers students the opportunity to develop and strengthen their Spanish language skills by taking general studies courses in a range of subjects offered entirely in Spanish. IEGC also gives students the opportunity to use Spanish outside the classroom through community events, social activities, study abroad programs, and professional internships.

International Programs is housed in the historic McCandless House, on the southwest corner of campus. Equipped with office and classroom space, a kitchen, and lounge area, McCandless is a home away from home for students and site of many of the campus activities sponsored by our programs.
