Georgetown College encouraged me to find ways to combine my education and my passion for community service. An accounting professor connected with the local Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program where I volunteered my senior year, and I now work as the Director of the program in Louisville, KY.

After leaving GC, I obtained my PhD in clinical psychology at Louisiana State University (LSU). I am currently working at a private practice in Louisville conducting evaluations for children and adolescents suspected of autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, learning disorders, and other behavioral/emotional concerns. I still keep in contact with some of the GC psych professors and they are always willing to answer questions I have. I am very appreciative of my time at Georgetown!
