An applicant who is enrolled in a graduate program at another institution and has approval to take a Georgetown College course for transfer, may enroll in that course as a visiting student.┬á The following paperwork┬áshould be┬ásubmitted in paper format:
1. Visiting student application form (request copy at firstname.lastname@example.org)
2. Signed copies of Code of Ethics and FERPA forms
3. An email sent by the prospective student’s advisor naming the specific Georgetown College course that meets approval for transfer and giving permission for the student to take the course.┬á The email should be sent to email@example.com.
When the student has completed the approved course, they will receive a letter of completion and a copy of an unofficial transcript from the Graduate Education office.
