The true cost is $255 per person. Thanks to a grant funding through the Graves Center for Calling & Career, participant fee is only $145.
Each trip can have a maximum of 30 new students. Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Notification of acceptance will occur the first and fifteenth of each month by e-mail. If you do not get notification or have questions, please contact Hunter Williams at 502-863-8038 or by email.
- If the spot is filled by another student, a full refund is made.
- If the spot does not get filled and the cancellation happens 14 days before the date of the event, $45 will be charged (i.e $100 refunded).
- If the spot does not get filled and the cancellation happens less then 14 days before the date of the event, the full amount is charged (i.e. no refund).
