The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. The same routines are used for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. Loads and intensity are scaled; the program don’t change. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind.

Tone your entire body! This class will improve your cardiovascular fitness as well as tone all muscle groups. Resistance equipment may be used.

Zumba is a dynamic, exciting fitness routine featuring aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms and easy to follow dance steps that tone and sculpt the body.
