Comments: My love of horses and my interest in becoming an equine lawyer made my decision to become an Equine Scholar an easy one. Through this Program, I believe that I will learn how to combine these interests; and therefore, someday be able to achieve success as an equine lawyer.
Kelsey Burton

Comments: I decided to attend Georgetown College because of the Equine Scholars Program. Georgetown was the only college that allowed me to be a part of the equine program and still major in Education. I wanted horses to be a part of my college career and Georgetown gave me that opportunity.
Emily Eicher
Year: Sophomore
Major: Undecided
Hometown: Monticello, Kentucky
Comments: I joined the Equine Scholars Program because of my love and passion for horses. Through the ESP, I have been able to attend many fun and interesting equine events, tours, and demonstrations. ESP also allowed me to network with people through my volunteer service at the World Equestrian Games. It has been so much fun being involved in the Program and it provides so many opportunities for equine lovers.
