Initial graduate programs in education are designed for people already possessing a bachelor’s degree who are seeking an accessible opportunity to become classroom teachers. Classes for graduate programs are available online and during the evening hours to make continuing education possible for professionals with families and careers.

Special Education: Learning Behavior Disorders (LBD) Programs

With a P-12 LBD certification leading to a Master of Arts in Education. Program options exist for traditional route candidates preparing to become LBD teachers and for alternative route candidates who have been  offered LBD employment provided they are enrolled in such a program

Master of Arts in Education with Initial Certification (MAIC) in Middle/Secondary/P-12

Includes options for certification in secondary Biology, Chemistry, Physics, English, Math and Social Studies; middle grades English, Math, Science, and Social Studies;  P-12 Art, Music, and Foreign Language. Program options exist for traditional route candidates preparing to become teachers and for alternative route candidates who have been  offered employment provided they are enrolled in such a program

For teachers who are mid- to later-career who are already certified.
