|

|
To Improve your skills on this criterion, consider the following sites and online resources: |
The World Wide Web has an overwhelming number of sites that deal with computer peripherals. For the teacher that wants to learn about the basic parts of the computer, the Computer Parts website is a useful one. Pictures of each peripheral and troubleshooting tips are given. The Technology Tools website, offers a more in-depth look at the computer components. In addition, this site offers a free download of a Power Point presentation on computer peripherals. This presentation could be used by the teacher as well as using as a lesson with students. EZ Tutorials on Computers has different lessons you can carry out to learn more about the computer. Eastside Technical Center (Lexington, Kentucky) offers basic computer advice as well as basic networking advice.
