What criterion 10.10 says:

The teacher uses computers and other technologies such as interactive instruction, audio/video conferencing, and other distance learning application. The teacher. . .  will practice equitable and legal use of computers and technology in professional activities.

Translation and Discussion:

Teachers can integrate technology into the curriculum by using all possible sources, including those sources that are not in direct contact.   

This criterion seems to have been designed to make sure 

Teachers who meet this criterion will:

  • Read and sign districts Acceptable Use Policy  

  • Documentation in lesson plans that all students have equal access to technology and that individual needs are being met.
