Flight & Hotel Information

Flights: We will offer a shuttle service as needed on Thursday and Saturday from/to Bluegrass Airport in Lexington, KY, about 20 minutes from campus.  Cincinnati and Louisville airports are both about one hour from campus, so if you prefer you could fly into these, but we will not be offering a shuttle from or to these airports.

Hotel: We have a block of rooms reserved at the Fairfield Inn and Suites about 1 mile from campus (you will need to drive; we will provide a shuttle before and after each day’s events).  The group rate is $83.78 (including taxes) per night, and the booking code is SCP.  You can call them at (502) 868-9955.
