James P. Hackett is the President and CEO of Steelcase Inc., the world’s preeminent designer and manufacturer of products used to create high-performance work environments. Hackett graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in general studies. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Northwestern Mutual Life in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Fifth Third Bancorp in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is also a member and past president of the Institute of Design Board of Overseers at the Illinois Institute of Technology

Joseph W. Kelly is the President of Columbia Gas of Kentucky. He attained the rank of Staff Sergeant while serving in the United States Air Force. Kelly serves as the Chairman of the United Way of the Bluegrass Board of Directors, the Commerce Lexington Board of Directors, and the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Education Committee. He is also active on many other committees and advisory boards.

Andy Meko serves as President and CEO of AIK, Associated Industries of Kentucky. Meko earned his law degree from the University of Notre Dame. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Kentucky World Trade Center, the Kentucky Community and Technical College System, the Kentucky Council on Economic Education, the Kentucky District Export Council, the Kentucky Energy Policy Advisory Council, and the Kentucky Labor Management Conference, Inc.

Nana Mensah is currently the chairman and CEO of ‘XPORTS, Inc., a privately held company that exports food-packaging and food processing equipment to foreign markets. He previously served as CEO of Church’s Chicken, a division on AFC Enterprises, Inc. Mensah has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Mathematics from Cape Coast University in Ghana, West Africa as well as a Masters Degree of Ecometrics from the London School of Economics. Mensah speaks Arabic and French and is fluent in Hausa and Twi-Fante

Dale Neuburger is the Vice President of Sport Strategy and Development at PROS and is the Consulting and Managing Director of TSE Consulting, specializing in management services to sports organizations domestically and internationally. Previously, he served twelve years as president of Indiana Sports Corporation. Neuburger has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University and holds two master’s degrees from Indiana University in Philanthropic Studies and Public Administration. He currently serves as President of U.S. Aquatic Sports and is Vice President of FINA, the international federation for swimming.

Crittenden Rawlings is the current Founder, President, and CEO of Crittenden & Company Importers. After retiring as the President and CEO of Oxxford Clothes based in Chicago, Illinois, Rawlings moved back to Kentucky and started three small businesses, including Crittenden & Company Importers. He is also working with Carl Meyers Clothing on several projects

Charles Wang is the Senior Executive Vice President of Chia Tai Group/Charoen Pokphand Group. Wang earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from National Cheng University, Taiwan and earned his master’s degree in Business Administration from Kansas State University at Fort Hays. Although a U.S. citizen, Wang has a permanent residency in Hong Kong.

Earl Worsham is the Chairman of The Worsham Group Inc., Worsham Watkins International, and several other companies engaged in real estate projects throughout the U.S., Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, the former Soviet Union, and in western and eastern Europe. Worsham resides in Gatlinburg, TN and is very active in his community serving as Campaign Chairman of the United Way and is a member of many other community boards.

Hollis E. Wright is the litigation counsel to corporate defendants throughout the United States. Wright graduated with honors from the University of Louisville with a degree in political science and was the first woman from U of L to be accepted to Harvard Law School.
