  • Free Video episodes of “The Job Seeker” are released every Monday! Graduates preparing to enter the workforce face a number of challenges but one of the primary problems for many is finding the right advice. Graduates will benefit from a graduation package of audio and video podcasts, created and conducted by Sue Morem, a nationally recognized career and workplace expert. With all the time pressures new grads face, podcasts offer inspiration and support in an easily accessible format. Listeners can tune in to the podcasts on the computer or download them to an Mp3 player and listen at their leisure or on the go, even on the way to an interview. Morem’s podcasts offer advice for graduates in a wide range of areas, topics including how to create a plan for their future, and recognizing and dealing with unrealistic expectations.

Looking for a job after graduation?  If you are, you must attend the “Spotlight Job Fair” in the first week of March. It is important that you research the companies before you attend. Dress professionally and bring plenty of resumes on resume paper. You might want to attend one of our workshops to better prepare yourself for the Fair (see the calendar). See Who's Coming
