Susan Bell has been with Georgetown College in the department of Psychology since 1998. She received her M. S. in Clinical Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University and her Ph.D. in School Psychology from the University of Cincinnati. She directed the Early Childhood Intervention Project at the University of Cincinnati, and has worked as a practitioner with families of children with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges. She is the co-author of two books: Designing Preschool Interventions (Guilford Publishing) and Challenging Behaviors in Early Childhood Settings: Creating a Place for All Children (Paul H. Brookes Publishing). She currently serves on the board of Quest Farm in Scott County, a residential home for adults with developmental disabilities. Dr. Bell has been married to her husband Jeff for 30 years and has two children and one grandchild.
