- Works with campus ministry staff to plan weekly team meetings and leadership retreats
- Shepherds and cares for each of the team members
- Helps communication flow between the leadership team and the campus minister
- Represents campus ministry on campus, in the community, and at state events
- Helps develop a vision for the ministry and assists in setting goals and direction for the team
- Presides over the weekly team meeting
- Works with the campus ministry staff to hold the leadership team accountable to developing a hospitable, kind, and servant-minded attitude towards those on our campus who are not involved in campus ministry

- Plans Common Ground through weekly team meetings
- Works with and utilizes Georgetown students to design worship experiences
- Gets regular feedback and ideas from students for Common Ground
- Recruits students to lead worship and prayer experiences during Common Ground
- Helps in contacting and coordinating speakers for Common Ground

- Selects and mentors parents who mentor freshman
- Selects Bible study material and equips the parents
- Plans the New Student Retreat
- Oversees the Leadership Exploration Team in the Spring
- Plans fellowship and training for parents
- Helps network freshman into other areas of Campus Ministry
- Helps introduce students to the multiplication/discipleship concept
TBD • Upperclassman Ministry
- Works with a team of upperclassmen (including Greeks, Independents, Athletes, and Campus Ministry students) to develop new and creative ways to keep upperclassmen involved in campus ministry
- Reaches out and helps to serve areas of campus where upperclassmen are involved (Greek life, sports teams, residence halls, music groups, etc.)
- Mentors student leaders for upperclassman small groups and oversees this ministry
- Plans retreats including upperclassman components of New Year Retreat
- Passes on the multiplication and life-on-life discipleship model to upperclassmen
