On Memorial Day Weekend approximately 1500 cyclists from over twenty states and Canada will converge on Georgetown College for the annual Horsey Hundred, an event sponsored and coordinated by the Bluegrass Cycling Club.

The Governor’s School for Entrepreneurs (GSE) is an entrepreneurship program designed to give Kentucky high school students a hands-on opportunity to invent a product and create a business around it. Students will come ready to roll up their sleeves, work as a team, and create something that provides a real world solution.

Celebrate Georgetown College’s Senior Night as we honor men’s and women’s basketball players, dance team members, and cheerleaders. Women tip off at 6 PM. Men tip off at 8 PM. These are conference games leading into the conference tournament, which begins February 28.

As an increasingly culturally diverse campus, Georgetown College is hosting several events to celebrate Black History Month and to help students learn more about this diverse and important part of American culture.

The Foust Artist Series ends its 2012-’13 season by presenting The Marvelettes in John L. Hill Chapel on Monday, February 25, at 8 p.m. The singing group was the first major successful act of Motown Records in the 1960s and the first significant successful girl group for the label’s early years.
