I have a degree in Music and Minor in Theatre Arts. My interests include Acting and Singing, reading (James Patterson, Stephen King, and even J.K. Rowlings Harry Potter!), movies, and spending time with my wife and two dogs (Sydney and Henry). They are Shih Tzu’s if anyone is wondering. I am looking forward to working with students who are interested in attending Georgetown College. I grew up in Georgetown and know that this is a great place to be and get a first class education.

I am a 1994 graduate of Georgetown College with a major in Business Administration and minor in Psychology.
As a student I was involved in many aspects of campus including being a member and officer in Phi Beta Lambda, a national organization for college students who have an interest in business.
I’ve worked in Admissions for over 5 years now and I was thrilled to get the opportunity in 2006 to work for my alma mater. I enjoy working with students and helping them achieve their goal of attending college – preferably Georgetown College!

Katie is from Somerset, KY and graduated from Georgetown College in 2004 with a B.A. in Communication Arts and a minor in Business Administration.
As a student, Katie was involved in Greek life and was also a member of Alpha Lambda Delta. Katie joined the Georgetown admissions team in 2007.

Lauren is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University. Lauren brings 2 years of experience at EKU in Admissions and 2 years in student life as well as 2 years at the University of Kentucky working in the Athletics Department in the Baseball program. While Lauren has not been with Georgetown long, she is excited to get started in the recruitment process.
Lauren, formerly Lauren Williams, was recently married and is now Lauren Towles!

Josh Franklin is a 2009 graduate of Georgetown College. Josh grew up in Lexington and attended Lexington Catholic High School. In his spare time, Josh enjoys working out, fishing, playing golf, and coaches part time with the GC baseball team.

Phill is a graduate and Football Coach of Kentucky State University. While Phill is just beginning a successful career at Georgetown College, his experience coaching, working for the Kentucky Department of Revenue and working with the Educational Talent Search program at K State have given him the tools to aid perspective students in reaching their future goals.

Mary Jo is a graduate of The University of Missouri with a Broadcast Journalism Degree. Mary Jo has worked in the sports field in Lexington, Kentucky for over 13 years. Due to her experience in the area, she was an obvious choice to recruit in the Fayette County territory.

As the Spanish Immersion Coordinator, Rebbecca will promote the Immersion Program both nationally and internationally as well as assist students proficient in Spanish as they apply to Georgetown’s one-of-a-kind academic program. With five years experience teaching Spanish at the college level, Rebbecca is very excited about introducing this program to new students.
